Collection Terms & Conditions

Design

The design and layouts in our Collection are semi-custom. We offer very limited design customizations to our Collection suites as each suite was intentionally designed and curated. All wording and event information will be personalized to meet your needs including names, the date & time, and venue information.

Design process takes 2-3 weeks. All proofs will be provided within 10 business days of us receiving all required information. Proofs including a custom venue drawing might take additional time. If you fail to include any required information on your order (such as event date, location, etc.) we cannot proceed with your order until such information has been provided to us. We may follow up with you regarding this information, but it is ultimately your sole responsibility to provide us with complete information. The design of your piece will not begin until we received complete information.

Print & Production

INVITATIONS & SAVE THE DATES - Digitally printed cards will be shipped within 2-4 weeks of the final proof approval. The timeline might vary based on any add-ons like guest addressing, custom wax seals and assembly. Letterpress and foil cards take about 4-6 weeks to make. When your invitations arrive at our studio, we quality check everything, package things up and send them to you to assemble.

OTHER STATIONERY – all other digitally printed stationery (ceremony programs, menu cards, escort cards, place cards, thank you cards, and signage) will be shipped within 4-6 business days. Information for day-of paper must be sent at least 4 weeks prior to your wedding. Orders placed less than 4 weeks prior to the wedding date are subject to a rush fee as well as expedited shipping charges.

Availability & Color Matching

We cannot guarantee that the papers, envelopes, or embellishments on our website for our Collection will be available from our suppliers at the time of production. If your selections are unavailable, we will notify you and present you with alternative options of the same quality and similar color. 

Please note that colors may not print as they are seen on screens. We recommend ordering samples before placing your order to ensure you understand how a color looks when it is printed.

Proofing & Production

Once your order is placed and your invitation wording questionnaire is completed, we will be in touch within 3 business days with a digital proof of your selected invitation suite and accompanying embellishments. If you added a venue illustration, allow for an additional 4 weeks to receive your first round of proofs. 

Client is responsible for providing all wording required for the invitations in a timely manner. A proof cannot be provided until the invitation wording questionnaire is completed in full. 

Three complimentary rounds of revisions are included with The Semi-Custom Collection suites. Each additional round is $50 per round, billed separately. It is important to remember that additional design revisions and/or delays in client feedback may impact the production timeline and possibly delay your order.

Production will not begin until the print release is signed and the final balance of the invoice is paid. We will continue to communicate on the turnaround time of your project.

Shipping and Delivery

Purchases within the United States are shipped via UPS or FedEx with standard delivery times within 3-10 business days. Tracking information will be provided via email as soon as your order has shipped. Once shipped, we have no control over the progress of your shipment and only have access to the shared tracking details. We are not responsible and may not be held liable for any damages, delays, or losses due to shipping under any circumstance. We recommend ordering your paper goods as early as possible to allow for any delays in transport.

Expedited shipping is available, upon request, for an additional fee.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our stationery services, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. If there is a printing error made by Copper Row Studio, we will either reprint the paper goods or provide a credit to the client for the misprint. If there is an error with wording or information that was approved by the client, Copper Row Studio can reprint materials for a $50 change fee and cost of reprinting must be covered by the client.

Privacy

The personal information that you provide on our website will only be used to communicate with you and to fulfill your order. We will never share or sell your information to any third party.

All designs, images, and products presented in this website, in the products that you purchase, and in the proofing process are the sole property and copyright of Copper Row Studio, unless indicating otherwise.  These designs, images and artworks may not be used for personal use, reproduction, the creation of derivative works, or any other purpose. We retain the right to post your invitations or wedding goods on our website and social media.
