Every Custom Package Includes
Sample Kit
Every couple receive a welcome gift with a full sample kit after booking. Our sample kits include the paper and print methods offered, envelop colors, and ribbon and wax seal examples.
5 Piece Invitation Suite
We proudly offer unlimited design revisions for our custom packages. I want to ensure your final invitations are nothing short of perfect. You will receive digital proofs along the way so you’ll see exactly what your suite and embellishments will look like.
Custom Artwork
Each package includes custom artwork to make your design one-of-a-kind. From custom crests to watercolor venue illustrations and line art - we’ll use your wedding vision as inspiration.
Unlimited Design Revisions
Each invitation includes 5 pieces - main invitation, reply card, and details card along with the reply and outer envelope. I’ll also guide you through the etiquette of each element!
Printed Envelope Addressing
Forget handwriting each guest envelope. Your envelopes will be designed to align with your invitation suite. Envelope addressing includes guest addresses, return address, and rsvp envelope addressing, including guest return addresses.
Assembly, Postage & Mailing
Let me handle tying all the bows! To ensure your invitations are perfection, I handle all assembly, postage, and mailing invitations directly to your guests. Your keepsake suite and photographer suite will be mailed to you along with any extras.
The Custom Invitation Process
01. INQUIRE
Congratulations! You’re engaged! Soak it in, pour that glass of wine! When you’re ready, reach out through our inquiry form and I’ll be in touch within two business days to gather a few more details about your event. I also invite you to schedule a call to answer any questions and chat about any ideas you have for your wedding invitations!
02. PROPOSAL
I will send three package options with different price points and a custom design board showing inspiration for your invitations. We’ll review as you consider which package to start with - we can always select embellishments later! Once you select a package, you can secure your spot on my schedule with a 50% retainer deposit and signed contract.
03. DESIGN
Once your design is perfect and you have signed off on all elements, I will send your files to the printer. Production can take between 3-6 weeks, depending on the print method and embellishments we selected.
I handle addressing, assembling, and stamping each envelope for you. I also mail your invitations directly to your guests through USPS. Your extras, along with a photographer set and a keepsake suite will be shipped to you once your invitations are mailed to your guests.
04. PRODUCTION
Now the fun begins and I’ll start designing! We’ll chat more about your dream invitation suite as we review your sample box. You will receive high-resolution digital mockups of your invitations and requested embellishments, based on the concepts we discussed in your design call.
To ensure no detail is overlooked and your design is perfect, I offer unlimited revisions to my custom invitation couples.
Stationery Investment
Every couple’s needs are different and I’d love to create a fully custom estimate for your needs and vision. The minimum investment for custom wedding invitations is $3,000. Most Copper Row Studio couples spend $3,500+ on custom wedding invitations and $1,500-$2,500 on wedding day paper.
